Three Modalities Of Dynamic Engagement Therapy™
Alternatively, it could be due to a cheap pair of shoes and poor foot support. In either case body work focused on the feet and lower legs might be appropriate and further work on the thigh and back may also be called for.

During this work, it may happen that any emotional component of the foot pain resolves spontaneously along with the physical pain. Alternatively, the foot pain may persist stubbornly because the underlying emotional issue remains unresolved or during the bodywork emotional release may occur spontaneously. Such release can take any form from talking and sudden insight to tears and feelings of pain, fear, or other emotions.

If emotional reactions do present, dealing with them directly as part of the Dynamic Engagement Therapy™ regimen can lead to a swifter, more conclusive resolution since physical as well as emotional and/or energetic components are each treated directly. Of course, emotional turmoil can seem chaotic and frightening – so much so that many people struggle to suppress or deaden their experiences of their own emotions. However, the quickest and surest way to the other side is through and facing and feeling emotional turmoil is never as hard or bad as it looks like it will be beforehand.

Most people who undertake to honestly feel and deal with their emotional reactions discover that indeed it is not as bad as they feared it would be. Afterward they often report wondering why they had resisted the process for so long.
